So if you know “what are the four dimensions and their examples are” and “what they mean to your well-being”, try and keep remembering each of them and learn how to interconnect with “your” well-being and stay on the right path that leads you to a positive and wonderful life.
But, this is just one theory, ever since I started here in T.C. (Tamaki College), a made some new friends here that also improves my well-being like;
Being more happy, enthusiastic and energetic improves my Mental/Emotional well-being (Taha Hinengaro).
Knowing about our body movements and being physical improve my Physical well-being (Taha Tinana).
Talking about our family and where we live, and knowing to support each other improves my
Social well-being (Taha Whanau).

Asking if we can go to church services every Sunday and worshipping Jesus improves my
Spiritual well-being (Taha Wairua).
